今回は、日本のロックバンドDOLL PARTS!の友人が、彼女自身のことなどについて少し語ってくれます。

ダークゼンさん、この度はインタビューをありがとうございます！宜しくお願いします！

ありがとうございます！この機会をいただきありがとうございます！

あなたの音楽的影響は何ですか？ JRock かメタルか?

ARISA：

日本のNANAというアニメに使用されていた土屋アンナの''LUCY''という曲を聴き、彼女のロックスタイル、また楽曲が好きになりました。そこからロック、オルタナ、グランジなど沢山聴くようになりました。

その中で、Holeのコートニーラブを知り、彼女の強烈な存在感や

もちろん曲も好きですが彼女の人生や考え方などに共感し影響されました。

もちろん歌も好きですが、彼女の生き方や考え方に共感し、影響を受けました。

あなたのバンドのメンバーは誰ですか？

ARISA：

ギターボーカルの私とドラムの児太郎の二人です。

ライブをやる時はDOLL PARTSのプロデューサーのCOZZiがリードギターを弾いてくれます。

あなたのバンド名にはどんな意味がありますか?

ARISA：

先ほど話したHoleの楽曲''Doll Parts''が1番好きな曲だったので

そこからバンド名をつけました。歌詞や気だるい雰囲気が大好きです。

新しいアルバム「Bragging Out Garbage」について教えてください。

ARISA：

''Bragging out garbage''は

ゴミを高く掲げるという強いメッセージです。

ロックはノイズと言われたりする事もあるのですが、その中で私達の音楽の信念はこのアルバムにあるよ。という意味合いでつけました。

またこのアルバムを作る為に書き下ろした新曲

''支配'' ''My place'' ''わたしの正体'' ''I'm always on your side.''

の4曲は今のDOLL PARTSの音をより楽しんで頂けると思います。

あなたのアルバムカバーにはどんな意味がありますか?

ARISA：

このアルバムカバーは沼を意識して選びました。　生命が居る沼ではなく、泥沼のイメージです。見た人に想像してもらいたいので明確にはお話していません。

誰が音楽を作曲し、歌詞を書いたのですか?

ARISA：

作曲はコンポーザーのCOZZi、歌詞は私が書いています。

時々、COZZiと私で作曲をやる事があります。

あなたの新しいアルバムのレビューはどうですか？

ARISA：

ありがたい事に大好評です。海外にも私達のアルバムが多く届いており

日本でも東京以外の土地でツアーをやりました。

「支配」のような新しいビデオをもう1つ制作する予定はありますか？リリース日は決まっていますか？

ARISA：

近い内に''Bragging out garbage''に収録されている楽曲でミュージックビデオを撮りたいと考えています。

今後数か月以内に日本でショーの予定はありますか？

ARISA：

The Interview!

This time, our friend from Japan with her rock band DOLL PARTS! will tell us a little about herself and much more!

Thank you for this opportunity to get to know you, Arisa-san! I hope you're well!

ARISA:

Darkzen, thank you so much for this interview! I look forward to working with you!

Darkzen:

Thank you! For this opportunity!

What are your musical influences? JRock or metal?

ARISA:

I first heard Anna Tsuchiya's song "LUCY," which was featured in the Japanese anime NANA, and fell in love with her rock style and music. From there, I started listening to a lot of rock, alternative, grunge, and more.

Through that, I discovered Courtney Love of Hole, and I was deeply influenced by her powerful presence and her music.

Of course, I also sympathized with and was deeply influenced by her life and way of thinking.

Who are the members of your band?

ARISA:

There are two of us: me on guitar and vocals, and Kotaro on drums.

When we play live, COZZi, the producer of DOLL PARTS, plays lead guitar.

What is the meaning behind your band name?

ARISA:

The song "Doll Parts" by Hole, which I mentioned earlier, is my favorite,

so I named the band after it. I love the lyrics and the languid atmosphere.

Tell us about your new album, "Bragging Out Garbage,"?

ARISA:

"Bragging out garbage"

is a strong message about holding up trash.

Rock is sometimes described as noise, but we chose this title to convey that our musical beliefs are expressed in this album.

Also, we wrote new songs specifically for this album:

"Domination," "My Place," "My True Identity," and "I'm Always on Your Side."

We think these four songs will help you enjoy DOLL PARTS' current sound even more.

What is the significance of your album cover?

ARISA:

I chose this album cover with a swamp in mind. It's not a swamp with life in it, but a muddy one. I didn't say anything specific about it because I wanted the viewer to imagine it.

Who composed the music and wrote the lyrics?

ARISA:

The music is composed by composer COZZi, and I write the lyrics.

Sometimes COZZi and I compose music together.

What do you think of the reviews of your new albúm?

ARISA:

Thankfully, it's been very well received. Our album has been received well overseas, and we've even toured in Japan outside of Tokyo.

Are you planning on making another new video like "Domination"? Do you have a release date?

ARISA:

I'm hoping to shoot a music video for one of the songs on "Bragging out garbage" in the near future.

¿Cuáles son tus influencias musicales? ¿Rock o Metal?

ARISA:

Escuché por primera vez la canción "LUCY" de Anna Tsuchiya, que apareció en el anime japonés NANA, y me enamoré de su estilo rockero y su música. A partir de ahí, empecé a escuchar mucho rock, alternativo, grunge y más.

Somos dos: yo a la guitarra y voz, y Kotaro a la batería.

¿Qué significa el nombre de tu banda?

ARISA:

La canción "Doll Parts" de Hole, que mencioné antes, es mi favorita, así que le puse ese nombre a la banda. Me encanta la letra y la atmósfera relajada.

¿Cuéntanos sobre tu nuevo albúm Bragging out garbage?

ARISA:

" Bragging out garbage "

es un mensaje contundente sobre sostener la basura.

El rock a veces se describe como ruido, pero elegimos este título para transmitir que nuestras creencias musicales se expresan en este álbum.

Además, compusimos nuevas canciones específicamente para este álbum:

"Domination," "My Place," "My True Identity," y "I'm Always on Your Side."

Creemos que estas cuatro canciones te ayudarán a disfrutar aún más del sonido actual de DOLL PARTS.

¿Qué significa la portada de tu albúm?

ARISA:

Elegí la portada de este álbum pensando en un pantano. No es un pantano con vida, sino uno fangoso. No dije nada específico al respecto porque quería que el espectador lo imaginara.

¿Quién compuso la música y quien escribió la letra de las canciones?

ARISA:

La música la compone COZZi, y yo escribo la letra.

A veces, COZZi y yo componemos música juntos.

¿Qué tal ha sido las reseñas de tu nuevo albúm?

ARISA:

Por suerte, ha tenido muy buen recibimiento. Nuestro álbum ha tenido una gran acogida en el extranjero, e incluso hemos estado de gira por Japón, fuera de Tokio.

¿Tendrán ustedes otro nuevo video como el de la canción 支配 (Domination), tienen fecha de lanzamiento?

ARISA:

Espero grabar un video musical para una de las canciones de " Bragging out garbage" próximamente.
